One thing that separates me from the other candidates for Mayor of White Bear Lake is that I have over 10 years of experience serving on a part of our city government. It is called the Birch Lake Improvement District. We function just like the city. We have an elected board, a secretary, treasurer, and chair. Our charter is to improve the quality of Birch Lake. We set a budget and tax our members for services provided.
